 Brooks at SeaSailability Jacksonville has received a $10,000 grant from Brooks Health Foundation. Brooks Health Foundation grants are awarded to organizations serving those with disabilities in the following areas: training and skills development; higher education and research; community awareness; safety and injury prevention; quality of life; and accessibility. Sailability Jacksonville's second sponsored dinghy now has a Brooks emblem emblazed on its Sails. The Brooks Health Foundation has invested over $8 million in grants and gifts to the community. Grants are awarded quarterly to qualified applicants (non-profit organizations with programs that serve the physically disabled). The flagship for Brooks Health Foundation is Brooks Health System. |
