 Term 3 2010 Bookings
Bookings for Term 3 (12th July to 16th September 2010) Carole and Dulcie, whom you all know, are taking the bookings. We would like you to follow the steps below in order to make the process as smooth as possible. 1. The phone number for bookings is 0432 152 310 2. Have your organization's NAME, LANDLINE PHONE NUMBER AND CONTACT NAME AT YOUR BASE READY. Eg Disability Services Qld, Manly 1234 5678, John Smith 3. Day you wish to sail / Monday or Thursday. Client's name and abilities. Do they sail in our dinghies or on Faith? 4. If you intend to sail fortnightly, monthly or twice a term, please have the dates ready to avoid confusion. 5. If you leave a message to phone back, please try to make the number a land line number to save costs. 6. Bookings are taken on a first in best dressed basis with a limit of 60 per day. We start with a clean sheet each term.Last term's bookings do not carry over into the new term, so you need to make new bookings at the start of each term. 7. Because of current operating difficulties, we are not able to keep to booking times and therefore we will no longer be allocating specific sailing times, except for Faith. Simply book by phone for the day/s you want and come when it suits you. You will be placed in a sailing queue in order of check-in and we will do our best to meet everybody's needs. We start sailing at 9.00am and will accept clients up to 1.00 pm. WHAT ABOUT AN 8:30 START? WE'RE UNLIKELY TO GET MANY EARLY BIRDS AND WE CAN BE READY FOR THE FEW. 8. Bookings for the second term will open on the 5th July 2010. We are conscious of sun burn and supply sun block cream for everyone. Please ensure the comfort and safety of your clients by having them wear long trousers and long sleeved shirts. 10. Hats or caps, preferably with a chin strap, are essential We look forward to having a great sailing experience with your clients and hope everyone goes home at the end of the day benefiting from that experience.
