Sailability ACT

Sailability ACT now has it own club house located on the shores of Lake Tuggeranong located to the south of the Canberra City environs and sails between 12 and 4 pm each Sunday during the Canberra sailing season (Sep-April).  Variations to this when we sail on either of Lake Ginninderra or Lake Burley Griffin, are published in the Sailing Program page.

If you have half a mind to go sailing, thats all you need!Sailability ACT welcomes all people without regard to age, ability, gender or socio-economic status as sailors or volunteers.  If you have a disability and wish to experience "Freedom on the Water", you are especially welcome. We have the facilities and resources and will teach you to sail and allow you to broaden your horizons.  We welcome family groups and provide a safe, supportive and friendly environment where challenges are met and overcome.

Regular 'Come-n-Try' programs aimed at introducing sailing to the members of the Canberra Disability Community are held during the sailing season. Visitors and other interested people are also welcome during our regular sailing sessions.

Sailability ACT is an active member of the community.
